About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Slate or CRM systems.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment, education, or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Advise, counsel, and inform prospective students, parents, and others seeking information about the University.
• Assist with review and admission decisions of applications for transfer, readmitted students, petition students, and continuing studies students.
• Assist in the management of electronic recruitment and publication tools.
• Assist with outreach and recruitment efforts to prospective transfer students in Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
• Coordinate and participate in both off-campus and on-campus programs designed to introduce prospective students to the campus and other facets of the University.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community college staff that include regular visits, communications, and arranging visits to U of L.
• Administer transfer and adult scholarship programs.
