Requirements

  • Nursing license is required; RN license is preferred.
  • Drive to increase census and ability to review referrals for admission appropriateness.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state regulations governing long-term care.
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care and support to residents during their healthcare journey.
  • Review referrals to determine appropriateness for admission.
  • Increase census by effectively managing admissions processes.
