About The Position

Pleasant View Communities is a Life Plan Community in Manheim, Pa, dedicated to providing high-quality, resident-centered services. They are seeking an Admissions Coordinator who is passionate about their work to join their team. This role is for a Monday-Friday Dayshift, 64 hours per pay period, considered Modified Full-time. Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in healthcare or long-term care admissions/marketing preferred
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assess and qualify prospective resident admissions
  • Maintain database documenting prospects, referral information, and contacts
  • Assist families through application and admissions process
  • Assist with giving tours to prospective residents and their families
