We are thrilled to launch our North Campus in the 26-27 school year, initially serving about 300 students in grades K4-6 and 9. In this role, you will be an exceptional collaborator and team player, bringing strong communication skills, warmth, and professionalism to every interaction with prospective families. We are particularly interested in individuals passionate about serving in a diverse educational environment as part of a high-performing, mission-driven team. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the initiative to support a seamless and welcoming admissions experience. You will work closely with the North Campus Recruitment Manager and Enrollment Manager to execute recruitment strategies, coordinate high-quality events, and guide families through the admissions and enrollment process. Candidates should be comfortable managing complex logistics, engaging with families, and going the extra mile to support the successful launch and growth of our North Campus.

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing recruitment events such as open houses, special events, school fairs, preview days, shadow days, and community outreach opportunities.
  • Help manage event logistics including communication with vendors, reserving event materials, signage, managing RSVPs, assisting with set-up and tear-down, coordinating volunteers, and assisting with follow-up.
  • Support the design, creation, and distribution of recruitment materials (flyers, presentations, postcards, yard signs, digital ads, event collateral) in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team.
  • Engage with prospective families in person, by phone, email, or text to provide information, answer questions, and nurture relationships throughout the admissions journey.
  • Provide excellent customer service that reflects Christ-centered hospitality.
  • Conduct individual and group tours of the North Campus and assist with family meetings.
  • Maintain relationships with feeder organizations such as daycares, churches, community centers, and youth programs to build strong recruitment pipelines.
  • Represent Aug Prep North at community events, church events, sport tournaments, and other outreach opportunities.
  • Assist families through the inquiry, application, and enrollment process, including providing guidance on paperwork and deadlines.
  • Support the collection and processing of application and enrollment documentation.
  • Assist with communications, including automated workflows, personalized outreach, and follow-up tasks connected to enrollment completion.
  • Track and update recruitment and enrollment data to support decision-making.
  • Help monitor progress toward campus enrollment and tuition goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that recruitment and enrollment information is accurate and aligned across platforms.
  • Must demonstrate the highest level of integrity and a strong commitment to Aug Prep’s Christian mission, model, and values.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with event planning or coordination.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace equivalents).
  • Familiarity with Google/Gmail, Canva, and basic design tools.
  • Active participating member of a local church.
