Position Summary: The Admission Coordinator (AAC) is an entry-level position responsible for administrative tasks and response to initial inquiries associated with the admission center. Observes and after successful completion of the prescribed introductory period, answers calls from prospective patients from across the country in need of addiction treatment. Using focused listening, investigative, and communication skills the AC engages with prospective patients to identify their particular need and ultimately converts the call to an admission for the appropriate treatment solution. Thoroughly and clearly documents each patient interaction in MS4 Schedules Available: Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday-Monday off) 2:00pm-10:30pm
