The Admissions Coordinator will contribute to various projects, including but not limited to the reviewing of student applications and entering the applications into the database; tracking course statistics and enrollments; following up on delinquent application materials; providing customer service to students and parents over the phone and by email; and assisting in recruiting and outreach to schools, which, at certain times of year, may involve some travel. They will also contribute to the review and posting of student's pre-travel paperwork. In addition, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing ad hoc support for the successful delivery of the programs, including but not limited to collaborating with marketing, operations, program management teams to carry out tasks and projects. This may involve traveling to and working on the programs. The role involves direct communication with internal staff and an ability to make and support business decisions confidently. Also, monitor student experiences throughout programs including assisting students with questions, concerns, and coordinating accommodations.
