About The Position

An Admissions Concierge welcomes new residents and their families into the facility and makes daily rounds to discuss resident concerns or issues. Ensure all subacute rehabilitation rooms are properly cleaned and maintained, and beds are made and ready for new admission.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be punctual, reliable, and flexible
Must be able to work in close cooperation with others as well as independently
Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable
Strong customer service skills and compassion

Responsibilities

Maintains and updates Facility orientation material for all new admissions
Facilitates the completion of the patient/resident expectation questionnaire for all new admissions
Inspects and ensures all subacute rehabilitation rooms are properly cleaned, maintained, and beds are made ready for new admission
Welcome new residents and their families into the facility. Introduce residents to the staff and provide a tour of the facility ensuring all questions are answered.
Communicates daily with residents to ensure their needs are met. Identifies any resident concerns and ensures prompt resolution
Maintains a daily log with questions, concerns raised and follow up taken on steps to rectify any identified concerns.
