Requirements

Education or previous experience in the healthcare field is desirable.
Has knowledge of and special sensitivity to the needs of the aging.
Projects a confident, creditable, and professional image.
Must be able to communicate effectively with potential residents and family members.

Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring that the resident admissions process is coordinated effectively and that residents and their families are fully informed and experience a high level of customer service in this process.
Plan, direct and coordinate resident admissions and marketing assuring that all required paperwork is completed prior to admission.
Perform all admission and marketing activities with high ethical standards and in compliance with all laws applicable to licensed and certified healthcare communities.
