Admissions Concierge
About The Position
The Admissions Concierge position is crucial, as they set the tone for each guests’ entire experience. As the first interaction, an engaging smile is the most essential and foremost way we begin our guests’ experiences. Your initial impulse as a guest enters our doors should be, “How can we change this person’s life?” Your goal is to educate them at every point about what we have to offer them, to ensure they have the broadest opportunity for the most extravagant experience. Expect and look forward to spending your time engaging with guests, creating, and building relationships with them, and becoming more and more willing to go above and beyond to amaze them. This is a seasonal job that requires a flexible and open schedule between the months of April-September.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform the job functions with minimal supervision
- People who are excited to fulfill our teams’ mission
- Effective and clear communicators
- Strong clerical skills
- Experience in using a point-of-sale system
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)

Responsibilities
- Greeting each guest with a warm welcome
- Perform opening & closing duties
- Assist all guests with entry into the venue
- Set up memberships
- Process sale of merch and surf passes
- Answer general questions from phone calls, emails, and guests
