The Admissions Center Specialist at Clackamas Community College is a part-time role focused on providing essential services to incoming students.   • Develop and maintain knowledge of college enrollment services, policies, procedures, and timelines related to admissions and registration.
  • Explain admissions, placement, financial aid, and scholarships to prospective students.
  • Assist students with completion of enrollment-related forms and troubleshoot technology issues.
  • Manage a high volume of information requests and inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Create and manage correspondence, reports, forms, and student records.
  • Perform data entry and maintain student records using the college's integrated database and CRM system.
  • Assist with the design and implementation of prospective student communication tracks.
  • Help lead campus tours and assist with on-campus recruitment events.
  • Provide event planning support for recruitment events.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, and the public.
  • High school degree or equivalent and at least 6 months related work experience.
  • Knowledge of higher education admission, registration, and financial aid processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to use computers, word processing software, spreadsheets, and database systems.
  • Experience in customer service or admissions roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and integrated student databases.
  • Flexible work schedule to meet program needs, which may include evenings and/or weekends.
