Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in drug/alcohol treatment.
• A combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience with the EMR system, KIPU.
• Previous treatment experience.
• An ability to manage tasks throughout the day with minimal supervision.
• The integrity to ask for guidance and additional assistance when needed.
• A personable attitude, team-player mentality, and a desire to constantly improve.
• Strives for excellence, consistency, and commitment.
• An ability to maintain communication with professionalism in conflictive situations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales (2 years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Tracking data accurately of admission calls and marketing.
• Assisting in overflow calls from the medical, operations, and clinical departments from the first call to the time of admission.
• Reviewing admission and financial contracts with clients and collecting any initial payment due.
• Completing scheduled on-call shifts during assigned weekends and evenings on a rotating basis.
• Assisting in administrative paperwork and day-to-day operations within the admissions department.
