About The Position

The Admissions Advisor position is responsible for enrolling qualified students into the school’s programs. This includes taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to inquiring prospective students, following up consistently with inquiries, interviewing and touring as well as managing enrollment activity and paperwork, and properly completing student files.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Comfortable using a personal/laptop computer and standard office equipment
  • Competent in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and web-based platforms
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Upbeat, professional, and a collaborative team player
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
  • Highly dependable, adaptable, empathetic, and self-aware
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
  • Able to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure
  • Willing and able to work flexible schedules including day, evening, and weekend hours
  • Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Prior experience in admissions or a sales-related role is required
  • Demonstrated ability to represent the organization professionally
