About The Position

At Paul Mitchell The School in Sacramento, we are searching for a driven and dynamic professional to join us as a full-time Enrollment and Admissions Advisor. WHAT'S THE SCOPE? We offer this Enrollment and Admissions Advisor position competitive pay. The role will require flexibility, including some evenings and Saturdays, to connect with prospective students and participate in events that drive enrollment. YOUR DAY As an Enrollment and Admissions Advisor, you will spend your days actively attracting new enrollments through career fairs, open houses, community expos, high school and salon networking, and a variety of events. You will systematically organize and manage prospective student leads using a CRM system and will follow up with potential students through phone calls, emails, text messages, social media, and even US mail. Your day will include conducting engaging tours and screening interviews, utilizing social media and online tools to reach new audiences, and ensuring all application paperwork is completed promptly. You will collaborate with the Financial Aid Team to help qualified applicants find financing solutions and offer career advising and motivational counseling to prospective, current, and graduating students. As a leader, you will motivate and manage the Admissions Team and serve as a positive and energetic role model for the school's creative culture. WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR AN ENROLLMENT AND ADMISSIONS ADVISOR? High school diploma or equivalent (A bachelor's degree is a plus) 2+ years of experience in business-to-consumer sales Sales ability in a consultative, mentoring model High proficiency with computer technology, including social media, presentation software, and business applications Effective organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong leadership ability Reliable and punctual with a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays Proactive, positive, energetic go-getter with a passion for promoting the school ABOUT US Paul Mitchell The School in Sacramento isn't just a place to learn; it's where passion meets purpose. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (A bachelor's degree is a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-consumer sales
