Requirements

Customer service experience is essential; prior recruitment or sales experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in computer applications and technologically savvy.
Ability to connect with and support a diverse range of students.
A passion for education and helping individuals achieve their goals.

A background in the beauty industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms, answering inquiries and providing guidance.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess students' aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
Deliver clear and informative presentations on TUBC’s programs, admission requirements, and career pathways.
Assist students in completing their applications and navigating the enrollment process.
Monitor the progress of applications and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted.
Collaborate with Financial Aid advisors to help students explore funding options.
Participate in recruitment events and outreach activities to promote TUBC in the community.
Develop relationships with local high schools and organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
