Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, recruitment, or a related field preferred.
• Passion or background in the beauty industry is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Comfortable with technology and CRM platforms.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Commitment to assisting students in achieving their educational and career goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students via phone, email, and social media to provide program information and answer inquiries.
• Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess interests and help align them with appropriate programs.
• Present detailed admissions procedures, program options, and financial aid resources.
• Assist students in completing applications and navigating enrollment requirements.
• Manage and track admissions activities to ensure a smooth process and timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid personnel to inform students about available funding opportunities.
• Participate in recruitment events and community outreach initiatives.
• Develop partnerships with local high schools and community organizations to support recruitment efforts.

• In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
