You’ll be a trusted guide, helping prospective students explore their goals, discover the right path, and feel confident in the steps ahead. Every conversation you have will matter, because you’ll be the first real connection someone has with our academy. This isn’t just about meeting enrollment goals—it’s about making sure each individual feels heard, supported, and set up for success from day one

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of admissions, sales, or another people-centered role where building relationships was key.
  • Strong communication skills that inspire trust and action.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping quality high.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools to stay organized and responsive.
  • A self-starter mindset with resilience when things don’t go as planned

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in education or technology-related fields.
  • Creative approaches to personalizing each candidate’s journey.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome each prospective student with genuine curiosity and respect for their unique journey.
  • Lead engaging conversations to understand their goals and explain how our programs can help them succeed.
  • Clearly share program expectations so students can make informed decisions with confidence.
  • Follow up with warmth and persistence, ensuring no one feels left behind if they miss a meeting or have concerns.
  • Serve as their go-to resource for navigating the admissions process—removing confusion and building trust.
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM so every interaction is seamless.
  • Deliver tours (in-person or virtual) that showcase our academy culture and values.
  • Support after-hours events when needed, knowing some opportunities to connect happen outside the 9–5.
  • Always look for ways to improve the candidate experience, from first hello to final decision
