Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is desirable.
- Ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
- A strong commitment to supporting students in their educational and career goals.
Nice To Haves
- Interest in or experience with the beauty industry is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospective students via phone, email, and social media to discuss educational opportunities.
- Conduct personalized interviews to understand students' career goals and guide them to the right programs.
- Explain the admissions process, scholarships, and financial aid options effectively.
- Assist students in completing their enrollment applications and documentation.
- Oversee the admissions process to ensure a smooth journey for new enrollees.
- Collaborate with Financial Aid staff to support students in understanding funding opportunities.
- Attend and participate in recruitment events to showcase Tricoci University.
- Establish connections with local high schools and community organizations to drive recruitment efforts.
