The Strategic Partnership Admissions Advisor serves as the frontline ambassador for Post University’s employer and community partnerships, guiding prospective students through a personalized discovery process that aligns their career ambitions with educational opportunity. Working closely with the Strategic Partnerships team, this advisor transforms partnership-driven inquiries into successful enrollments by delivering thoughtful advising, rapid response, and a white-glove service experience that aligns with our partners' expectations and Post University's culture. The ideal candidate is consultative, student-centered, and partnership-minded. This is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds trust quickly, and understands that every interaction represents both the Post brand and the promise we make to our students.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and connection quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high communication volume while maintaining professionalism and service quality.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and enrollment management platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong personal accountability, integrity, and commitment to student success.
  • A team-oriented professional who believes that student impact and partnership success are shared responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience in admissions, consultative sales, customer engagement, or student advising preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the first point of contact for prospective students from employer and community partners, conducting professional advisory conversations by phone, text, and digital communication channels.
  • Guides prospective students through a consultative discovery process to align their career goals with appropriate academic programs and pathways.
  • Convertspartnership-generated inquiries into enrolled and successful starts through thoughtful advising, responsiveness, and persistence.
  • Provide clear guidance on program structure, enrollment steps, funding pathways, and academic expectations.
  • Delivers a high-touch, white-glove advising experience that reflects the expectations of Post’s employer partners.
  • Serves as a liaison between prospective students and internal partnership teams to ensure alignment and seamless service.
  • Maintains proactive communication with partnership stakeholders when appropriate to support enrollment engagement and outcomes.
  • Strengthens the overall partner experience by ensuring prospective students feel supported, informed, and confident in their enrollment decision.
  • Advises students who utilize employer tuition benefits, tuition assistance programs, or alternative funding pathways, helping them navigate the enrollment process with clarity.
  • Supports the University’s strategic initiative to expand employer-funded enrollment pathways and diversify revenue sources.
  • Ensures students understand how their academic choices align with workforce opportunities and professional advancement.
  • Maintains accurate and timely documentation of all prospective student interactions across University systems.
  • Upholds exceptional integrity and attention to detail when tracking inquiries,advisingsessions, and enrollment progress.
  • Ensures a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating closely with financial aid, advising, and enrollment operations teams.
  • Supports continuous improvement through accurate reporting and data-informed communication practices.
  • Demonstrates Post University’s non-negotiable behaviors in every interaction with students, colleagues, and partners.
  • Contributes to a collaborative admissions culture where success is measured through team outcomes and student impact.
