About The Position
The Graduate Nursing Department at the College of Saint Benedict (CSB) and Saint John's University (SJU) invites applications for a full-time (1.0 FTE), benefit-eligible position of Admissions Recruiter for Graduate Nursing. This position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and recruitment strategies to increase enrollment in the graduate nursing programs and future health-related graduate offerings at the College of Saint Benedict. By building strong community partnerships and expanding awareness of these programs, the Admissions Recruiter will play a pivotal role in attracting highly qualified nursing professionals. This individual represents the graduate nursing programs at external admissions events and informational sessions, engaging prospective students through outreach, relationship building, and personalized guidance throughout the application process, all while ensuring alignment with the program's academic and professional standards.
