About The Position

The Admission Fellow is designed as a one- or two-year position depending on school needs with the goal of introducing recent college graduates to a potential career in admissions at independent schools. It is a ten-month position that begins in late August 2026. This position will provide the opportunity to engage in all aspects of admission including recruitment, interviewing and file review. Additional duties will include those expected of full-time faculty such as advising, faculty meetings and other school-wide responsibilities such as coaching if needs warrant.

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• Preference will be given to those with experience at Loomis Chaffee or another independent boarding school.
