You are a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for resident advocacy. You thrive in a structured, process-driven environment and enjoy being a critical part of smooth transitions for residents entering or leaving care. A Day in the Life: Coordinate all aspects of admissions and discharges, from documentation to family communication Complete admission assessments, including 3-day skin checks and 72-hour audits Provide skilled nursing care as needed, including medication administration and wound care Lead vaccination protocols, including consent, administration, and monitoring Serve as a clinical liaison to families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate, timely charting and promote EHR documentation best practices Organize and track medication and supply levels, ensuring regulatory compliance Support infection prevention and safety culture across resident transitions Step in to guide or assist floor staff when needed, ensuring continuity of care Qualifications: Valid RN License in the State of Kansas (Required) CPR Certification (Required) At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (Long-term care preferred) Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills Working knowledge of EHR systems and adaptable to new technologies Compassionate demeanor with residents and families in high-stakes moments At Larksfield Place, every role plays a part in delivering premier care and building a strong community.
