Adminstrative Sponsorship

The Administrative Sponsorship program at American Flyers offers a unique opportunity for selected candidates to gain experience in the aviation industry while financing their flight training. Participants will work in various operational and customer service roles or as A&P mechanics, earning monthly training scholarships and a salary during the 12-18 month program. Successful candidates may have the chance for continued employment with American Flyers upon completion of the program.
