About The Position

This role supports daily store operations and ensures accurate administrative, payroll, and compliance processes. It is critical to the smooth operation of the store and serves as a key liaison between store leadership and Corporate teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced grocery retail environment, is highly organized, and can manage multiple administrative priorities with accuracy and discretion.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3–5 years of administrative or operations experience (grocery or retail preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish/English strongly required

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store administrative and back-office operations
  • Support payroll and timekeeping verification
  • Coordinate employee onboarding documentation and personnel files
  • Perform cash controls, reconciliations, and deposit documentation
  • Maintain accurate store records, reports, and compliance documentation
  • Communicate effectively with Corporate HR, Accounting, and Operations
  • Support audits, operational reviews, and process improvements
  • Assist store leadership with administrative and operational needs
