As a successful Administrator, you will ideally already be working within a Financial Services business and have a good working knowledge of good administrative practices. Amongst other duties, the post holder will be responsible for logging complaints, working emails, processing payments and producing DSARs when requested. The successful post holder will also be supporting the team at Evergreen with incoming post, organising it and making sure it gets to the right department in a timely fashion. You will have a great eye for detail, be super organised and have top-notch literacy and numeracy skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must for this role.
