About The Position

The Administrator is responsible for the overall operation of the facility, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations to maintain quality resident care and sound fiscal management. This role involves direct communication with the staff at the facility, the Board of Directors, and other Corporate staff.

Requirements

  • Five years Nursing Home Administration experience preferred.
  • Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office & Internet use.
  • Must hold a current license in the State as a Nursing Home Administrator.
  • Bachelor's Degree or as required for licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall operation of the facility.
  • Directly communicates with the staff in the facility as well as the Board of Directors and other Corporate staff.
  • Operates the facility in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations to maintain quality resident care as well as sound fiscal management.
