About The Position

We're looking for an Administrator / Senior Administrator to join our Fund Solutions team in Jersey. This role will suit someone with experience in fund administration who enjoys working with complex structures and values client service. You'll be a key point of contact for a portfolio of venture capital, private equity, and fund-of-fund clients, with a focus on life sciences, healthcare, and infrastructure.

Nice To Haves

• Qualifications: Working towards or holding ICSA (or equivalent) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meeting Coordination: Co-ordinate, prepare and present agendas and board packs for quarterly and ad-hoc meetings.
• Payment Processing: Support the organisation, review, and execution of client payments.
• Investor Communications: Manage the distribution of investor updates and scheduled reporting.
• Operational Oversight: Maintain logs for invoices, static data, investor queries, and meeting minutes.
• System Implementation: Contribute to the rollout of new internal systems.
• Billing & Invoicing: Lead on client invoicing and scheduled billing.
• Audit Support: Assist with interim and annual audits for client entities.
• Client Service: Respond to investor and client queries professionally and promptly.
• Team Contribution: Take on additional responsibilities as needed by clients or your manager.
