About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and to serve as a strategic partner to our Sales team. This role requires a proactive professional who will drive sales enablement through process optimization, data excellence, and insightful reporting within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with deep Sales Cloud expertise
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certification required
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and flow
  • Experience with third-party Sales Business applications, particularly ZoomInfo
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM best practices
  • Experience with data management tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and APIs
  • Proven track record of working directly with sales teams in a consultative capacity
  • Experience collaborating with IT teams and technical stakeholders on Salesforce implementations
  • Knowledge of sales enablement tools and methodologies
  • Experience with sales process optimization and lead generation strategies
  • History of successful system implementations and process improvements
  • Experience training end-users and creating documentation

Nice To Haves

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I/II)
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud
  • Background in sales operations or business analysis
  • Salesforce development experience including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL queries

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with Sales leadership and team members to understand, optimize, and implement sales processes and lead generation workflows
  • Design and configure Sales Cloud features including lead routing, opportunity management, and sales stage progression
  • Create and maintain automated workflows, process builder flows, and approval processes to streamline sales operations
  • Collaborate on lead scoring models and territory management strategies
  • Support sales campaign execution and tracking within Salesforce
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive data standardization protocols across all sales objects
  • Implement ongoing data hygiene practices including deduplication, validation rules, and data quality monitoring
  • Create and enforce data governance policies to ensure consistent, accurate, and complete sales data
  • Conduct regular data audits and cleanup initiatives
  • Manage data imports, exports, and integrations with external systems
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of sales reports and dashboards for various stakeholder levels
  • Create executive-level dashboards providing real-time visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting
  • Build custom reports for sales representatives, managers, and leadership teams
  • Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics tracking
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on report utilization and interpretation
  • Maintain user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies
  • Configure and customize Sales Cloud objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
  • Manage sales territory assignments and quota allocations
  • Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for potential implementation
  • Partner closely with IT Salesforce team on technical implementations, system architecture decisions, and platform strategy
  • Collaborate on complex integrations, custom development requirements, and system security protocols
  • Coordinate with IT team on deployment processes, sandbox management, and change management procedures
  • Work together on troubleshooting technical issues and implementing enterprise-level solutions
  • Participate in IT governance processes and technical review meetings
