About The Position
The role is responsible for assisting the HR Services Manager in the safety function, ensuring readiness with solutions for any problems that may arise. The position involves implementing and managing programs to minimize risks related to employee and guest safety, loss of company assets, and regulatory fines. It also includes participation in the development of an effective Risk Control Program aimed at preventing losses and reducing their frequency and financial impact on the property.
