About The Position

The Administrator (LNHA) at Village Point is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role involves strategic planning, financial management, and ensuring compliance with regulations while enhancing resident satisfaction and community engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in public health administration, business administration, or related field required.
• Current and valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing the daily operation of a Long-Term Care or similar facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning long and short-range objectives in concert with the strategic plan.
• Manage the day-to-day privacy incident response process.
• Seek new programs and processes for revenue enhancement.
• Guide department managers in budget preparation and analysis.
• Review all department monthly operating reports with department managers.
• Ensure compliance and satisfaction with contracted services.
• Develop and implement the community's marketing plan.
• Ensure occupancy levels meet or exceed expectations.
• Oversee personnel management services including hiring and staff retention.
• Monitor salary and wage administration and conduct annual salary surveys.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in resident services.
• Interact with residents on both personal and business levels.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed in the use and storage of equipment and supplies.
• Conduct routine inspections of the community to ensure policy compliance.
