A deep bench of up-and-coming Administrators is key to support our 45 Centers across 6 states. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Eligible per state-specific licensing criteria.
  • Prior management experience in healthcare (preferred).
  • Flexible schedule availability including some evenings/weekends.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in hands-on rotations across key departments including Administration, Human Resources, Clinical, Finance, Business Development and Marketing, Social Services, and Environmental Services.
  • Engage in core training areas such as healthcare operations, leadership, clinical & regulatory compliance, survey readiness & quality measures, and business development and reimbursement.
