You won’t just shadow leadership — you’ll earn it through immersive, real-world experience: Grow Your Leadership: Rotate through 1–3 months of clinic roles to learn every function — from patient care to business management. You bring 1+ year of leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience (or are pursuing a business-related degree). You’re competitive, goal-oriented, and thrive under pressure. Requirements

1+ year of leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience (or are pursuing a business-related degree).
