About The Position

The Administrator in Training will work under the supervision of experienced administrators to learn the day-to-day operations of a healthcare facility. This position is designed to provide hands-on training and mentorship to prepare the individual for a future role as a healthcare administrator.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Must be willing to relocate
  • Must be willing to license within 6 months' time
  • Previous experience in healthcare or administrative roles is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping
  • Shadow experienced administrators to learn about facility management and regulatory compliance
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare administration
  • Collaborate with various departments to support the overall functioning of the facility
  • Complete assigned projects and tasks to develop skills and knowledge in healthcare administration
