Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Administrator will play a key role in the ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This position serves as a technical and functional resource for the HR team and broader business, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and operational excellence across all Workday modules. The HRIS Administrator will act as a backup administrator for all Workday modules (Time Tracking, Benefits, Absence, etc.) and will collaborate closely with functional leads and the Director to support system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
