At CJ Logistics, we're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and bilingual (Korean/English) Financial Planning Administrator to join our North American Freight Forwarding team. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our financials are accurate, our processes are seamless, and our reports provide the insights we need to thrive.   • Prepare, review, and post crucial journal entries to keep our financial records pristine.
  • Administer the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
  • Coordinate with our Corporate HQ in Korea to keep our global systems in sync.
  • Produce and distribute financial statements, variance analyses, and profitability reports.
  • Support our budgeting and forecasting efforts with precise data consolidation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our financial processes and reporting quality.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and support audit requests.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting support role.
  • A solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
  • Experience with ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) is a must!
  • You're detail-oriented, a strong problem-solver, and can prioritize tasks effectively.
