About The Position

The Administrator Facilities & Support Teams role ensures the smooth operation of a company's business environment, budgets, and services. This position involves overseeing vehicle fleet tracking, purchasing/billing/expense upkeep, and logistical aspects of office spaces. Administrator Facilities & Support Teams are responsible for managing relationships with vendors, handling space allocation, and coordinating special events. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ Years of related experience
  • Strong organizational skills, be able to manage multiple tasks, while responding to frequent inquiries.
  • Rehearsed in Microsoft Suite Programs (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, Outlook, Etc.) & Adobe experience is a plus.
