About The Position

The Administrator for Employee Well-Being and Joy at Mayo Clinic is responsible for leading and supporting initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, or related field with seven years of related experience, or a Master's degree in the same fields with five years of related experience.
• Experience in healthcare management or related industry, including people, projects, or program management.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment with various staff roles.
• Proven leadership management skills, including staff and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Well-Being and Joy programs across the Mayo Clinic Enterprise.
• Develop and implement strategic plans in partnership with medical directors.
• Oversee fiscal management of the Well-Being and Joy programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and responsible budgeting.
• Utilize data for performance management to continuously assess and improve program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with institutional leadership and site leaders to execute strategic initiatives promoting well-being and joy.
• Drive meaningful change across the organization to sustain positive outcomes of well-being and joy programs.
