About The Position

Performs administrative functions as assigned by management, striving for excellence as part of an efficient team. The administrative functions include but are not limited to Driver Check In, Dock Sales, and Reception.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Accounting skills (data entry, general math skills, data analysis)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Understanding of VIP a plus

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile driver routes; balance and run end of day reporting
  • Scan checks for deposit and transmission to banking institution
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
