About The Position

Performs administrative functions as assigned by management, striving for excellence as part of an efficient team. The administrative functions include but are not limited to Driver Check In, Dock Sales, and Reception.

Requirements

  • Accounting skills (data entry, general math skills, data analysis)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Responsibilities

  • Support Internal and External Customers
  • Answering phones and greeting guests in a professional manner
  • Assist with picking orders when needed, including Kegs
  • Support Sales and Suppliers by processing sample invoices
  • Reconcile Transfer and Sample invoices daily
  • Reconciles dock sale load, balance and runs End of Day reporting
  • Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
