About The Position

The Administrator, Contracts & Pricing has responsibility for providing high-level administrative support for the Par Health sales and marketing team. Enhances sales productivity and customer satisfaction. Ability to assist an analyst by possessing the knowledge and having the skill set to ensure there is no interruption in service levels to Par Health customers.

Requirements

  • High School degree
  • 1-2 years' administrative experience
  • Experience with contracts
  • Knowledge of contracts management software is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly make-whole report and submit findings to sales team
  • File and maintain all back up documentation for SOX compliance
  • Provide internal and external audit personnel copies of requested data for quality assurance
  • Responsible for updating wholesalers on any revisions for over 30 indirect contracts
  • Interact with IT and wholesalers to ensure a successful EDI transmission on all contract revisions
  • Liaise with Account Services Group & Chargeback Department resolving any customer pricing issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate Legal Department review of agreements and letters for field sales
  • Provide daily recap of Contracts & Pricing's daily modifications communicated by each analyst
  • Investigate, resolve and respond to customer inquiries about contracts and pricing discrepancies
  • Provide requested contract price lists for customers and outside field sales reps as requested
  • Responsible for assisting in the quarterly validation process to finance
  • Liaison with Membership Department ensuring all data is updated accurately and communicates findings to customer
  • Collect all current and expired terms and conditions, providing Legal Department with an up to the minute record of all fully executed agreements received and pending
  • Incorporate hard copies of awarded product and prices into customer files in the contracts department
  • Modify customers contract with the most updated approved wholesalers, while correlating the master mail merge excel spreadsheet
  • Responsible for providing Rebate Group with the most current shelf stock adjustment log with corresponding back up on a quarterly basis
  • Participate in reviewing and signing off on all approved and submitted new offers and price adjustments along with all analysis used as back up
  • Informing management of any product gains and losses
  • Work on assigned projects as requested by management
  • Prepare pricing documents for pricing committee approval according to company policy
  • Submits new product submissions monthly to the government
  • Maintain all Contracts & Pricing Files within Model N by updating pricing and expiration dates
  • Assist analysts with loading and maintaining pricing, contract and rebate program set up in Model N for direct and indirect customers
  • Validate rebates and all customer specific benefits are entered in to pricing system accurately
  • Assist in all product launches by performing the necessary responsibilities needed to enter new information into required databases in a timely efficient manner
  • Assist with entering promotional incentives into JD Edwards (JDE)
