Administrator Accounting - Dakota City Plant
About The Position
This position is mainly responsible for the completion/oversight of payroll. Will need to cover or train for Yield, Packaging, and Cost positions. This position is also to be knowledgeable in Time & Attendance. Will be the go-to person for many other tasks in the office; yields, packaging, entering vacations, etc. Hours: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 4:00. Hours could vary if training. Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends when training. This position is slated for candidates who are currently working at this facility. Priority consideration will be provided to these applicants first. If local Team Members are not selected, Team Members from other locations and external candidates will then be reviewed for consideration.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 plus years of office experience a plus.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Special Skills: Good attendance and safety record; ability to work on a team; ability to work with little supervision; detail oriented.
