About The Position
Your role and responsibilities include the analysis and loading of collection files sent by banking entities and stores in Panama, database management, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, payment application, commercial reconciliation, analysis and resolution of PQRS. The schedule is subject to the client's activities, thus it will align with the business days of the country. Validation of reports, analysis, and quality control of processes are also part of the responsibilities.
