The Administrative position involves organizing email and daily calendar, scheduling meeting notices, handling daily correspondence, preparing presentations, maintaining the organizational chart, managing travel and expense reports, approving purchase orders, scheduling events, assisting with team building, planning programs and initiatives with the communications coordinator, facilitating recognition efforts, coordinating the Anniversary Award Program, and spending time on the production floor to enhance the management relationship with employees. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
