NextEra Energy Resources participates in pipeline infrastructure development, construction, management and operations through either wholly owned subsidiaries or joint ventures. Requirements

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Experience: 5+ years

Responsibilities

  • Manage outlook functions including Mail and Calendar
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and assist with other administrative tasks
  • Partner with support staff on an ongoing basis to coordinate multiple demanding calendars
  • Determine administrative needs for meetings or other related high-level activity
  • Coordinate monthly meetings and assist with other management level meetings as needed
  • Take independent action on handling requests; determine the appropriate course of action, intervene where necessary, and act as a liaison among departments
  • Process expense reports and procurements items as needed
  • Contacts other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve problems
  • Audits and processes invoices in accordance with accounts payable procedures
  • Interacts with all levels of employees as needed to perform responsibilities
  • Works on special projects as requested
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  • Work with Accounts payable & Houston team to help ensure smooth operations
  • Work with field techs & vendors to resolve any invoicing issues
