What We Offer: • State-matched retirement contributions of 156% • 13 paid holidays per year • Generous paid leave • 79% employer-paid health insurance • Dental and vision insurance • Employer-paid $20,000 life insurance • Tuition reimbursement • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility • Career advancement • Supportive, team-oriented work culture • Ongoing training and professional development What You’ll Do: As an Administrative Technician, you will: Review and process licensure and certification applications Ensure accuracy of documents such as transcripts and exam scores Issue, renew, audit, reinstate, and inactivate licenses in accordance with state regulations Prepare materials for board meetings and coordinate logistics as needed Maintain and update licensing data using the My License Office (MLO) system Respond to inquiries from applicants, licensees, and the public Provide accurate information regarding requirements, statutes, and regulations Perform general office tasks including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining records Requirements / Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Coursework/training or experience related to research, presentation, or publication in an area related to the programs or functions of the employing agency; business administration; accounting; customer service; and/ or technical support work, including use of computer software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database management. Requirements
