About The Position
Veriforce is seeking a Training Validation Specialist to join our team in Covington, LA. This full-time position is integral to our mission of ensuring safety and compliance within the global supply chain risk management market. The Training Validation Specialist will be responsible for verifying data from various source documents in our training database, ensuring that all information is accurately stored and managed. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure, as the specialist will be tasked with validating data, reformatting and cropping photos, and conducting quality assurance checks on test answer sheets. In addition to data validation, the specialist will prepare outgoing emails to training providers to address any errors in training packets, print and ship student ID cards, and process returned mail as necessary. The role also involves maintaining appropriate supplies and placing orders with the office manager as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be customer-oriented, and have excellent written communication abilities. Adaptability and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position, as the specialist will be expected to handle various administrative tasks and support the overall training operations of Veriforce.
