Key Responsibilities Rename files using standard naming rules Upload contracts and supporting documents into ContractWorks Use templates and built‑in tools to tag key contract information Record important contract details and dates Set reminders for renewals, expirations, and notice periods Confirm contract ownership using org charts and internal resources Work with internal teams to clarify or obtain missing contract information Help clean up and organize contract data to support audits Run basic reports and track contract status Provide general administrative and project support as needed Required Qualifications 2+ years of administrative experience working within structured systems and defined workflows 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with high‑volume document processing and data entry Strong attention to detail with the ability to review contracts and identify key legal and business terms Ability to manage repetitive, accuracy‑driven work efficiently (average 30 minutes per contract) Strong organizational, time‑management, and critical‑thinking skills Comfort working with legal language and formal documentation Work Environment Fully onsite role in De Pere, WI Fast‑paced, project‑driven environment with evolving priorities 1st Shift Collaborative team structure with direct access to Procurement Managers Employee Value Proposition Hands‑on experience supporting a high‑visibility post‑acquisition integration Exposure to enterprise‑level contract lifecycle management systems and AI‑assisted tools Opportunity to work closely with procurement leadership at a well‑known Midwest grocery retailer Stable, full‑time contract work for a clearly defined 9–12 month project Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of De Pere, WI.
