About The Position

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and processing title-related documents and providing excellent customer service in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of administrative/data entry experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience with auto title processes.
  • Customer support experience.
  • Clerical skills.

Responsibilities

  • File and sort incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Review and type in title work for insurance customers.
  • Complete applications for salvage titles.
  • Complete the entire process of setting up the sales.
  • Process salvage titles from the state.
  • Stay current with title/salvage laws in multiple jurisdictions.
