About The Position

The Administrative Support Specialist serves as a key point of contact for internal and external clients, providing public relations, customer service, and administrative support for the Student Services department. This individual will report to the Dean of Student Services and will be responsible for managing sensitive or confidential information, handling incoming calls, and ensuring accurate dissemination of information to students, faculty, staff, and other College clients. The role requires strong multitasking abilities, effective communication, and a positive, professional demeanor.
