We are actively hiring an Administrative Support Specialist - SharePoint & Configuration Management with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Data and Systems Integration Division, working in Northern Virginia in support of coordination and administration Tasks. Requirements

  • Thorough familiarity with SharePoint and standard Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills, focused on documentation configuration management.
  • Full Performance – Bachelors + 4 years
  • Senior – Bachelors + 8 years
  • Expert – Bachelors + 12 years
  • Principal – Masters + 16 years
  • Degree substitutions permitted: 4 years in lieu of a Bachelors
  • 6 years in lieu of a Masters
  • TS/SCI with polygraph

Responsibilities

  • Apply ADOBE and scripting techniques to adapt SharePoint site to interface with web technologies.
  • Implement access control to the Sponsor web and SharePoint sites.
  • Enhance the structure, user interface, and accessibility to improve document sharing and collaboration across the Sponsor’s organization.
  • Implement SharePoint workflow to automate simple business processes.
  • Assist in developing data collaboration and access to publication using SharePoint Services in support of programs and corporate meetings.
  • Assist with the requirements, design, operation and maintenance of Sponsor web presence to include coordination with team members to ensure all information is relevant and up to date.
  • Develop and manage configuration control of office approval process, policy documents, and directives.
  • Review and analyze changes for completeness and accuracy using configuration management tools.
