Positions in the Talent Sourcing Program typically range from $20 to $40 dollars per hour, with opportunities available as either hourly or salaried roles. The specific salary range for each position will be shared as opportunities are identified, and final compensation will be determined at the time of placement based on the role, scope of responsibilities, required experience, and internal equity considerations. Most opportunities will be in-person Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but flexible schedules may be available for select positions.
